What's the best way to find a plus size bridesmaid dress?

My brother is getting married and his fiance would like me in the wedding. I wear anywhere from a size 32-36. The color theme is blue. I am trying to help my brother's fiance select dresses that will look ok on me but also versatile enough for her skinny bridesmaids. What is the best way to approach this?
